What we cover
Kakobuyde covers shopping agents, China warehouse services, quality-control photo options, consolidation and re-packaging, and the international shipping lines that take a parcel from a warehouse to a doorstep. We also publish haul walkthroughs, order-timing data and fee tables.
How we choose what to test
We pick services that readers actually use: agents with an open sign-up, lines with published rate cards, and warehouse options with a visible QC process. Reader questions, changed rates and warehouse or shipping-line changes guide the reassessment of services.
Each test is a real order. The desk pays for the item, the domestic leg, the agent fee, the international line and any storage charge. We keep the ticket, the QC photo set, the parcel weight and the arrival date.
Our scores
Scores use a five-point scale and are written as X / 5: 5 / 5 excellent, 4 / 5 good, 3 / 5 adequate, 2 / 5 poor, 1 / 5 very poor. Ten-point figures quoted from anywhere else are converted to five points before use. Hands-on scores in our reviews use the full 1 / 5 to 5 / 5 scale.
What we do not publish
We do not publish sponsored reviews, and we do not accept payment to change, hold or remove a score. Where a page contains affiliate links, that is stated on the page and in our affiliate disclosure.
Authorship
Every review names the editor who ran the order. Our author pages carry each editor's beat, testing steps and past work on the desk. If a piece is updated after a retest, the update date changes and the note explains what changed.
